How do I pay for my order?

We accept payment by all major Credit and Debit cards (global) as well as instant EFT (SA). 
You can pay using your credit card (via Payfast), Instant EFT (via Payfast), Debit Card (via Paygate) or Zapper. You can also choose to use a mobicred facility (SA).

During the checkout process you will be prompted to select your method of payment and then simply follow the instructions.

Please note we have no access to your card details at any time

We SHIP WORLDWIDE using reliable door-to-door courier services (we do not ship with the postal service and we require a physical address).

LOCAL DELIVERY (South Africa)

Orders over ZAR 1000.00 SHIP FOR FREE (STANDARD DELIVERY 1-4 working days).

You can also COLLECT FOR FREE from our physical store in Cape Town - the address is Purr, ground floor Lifestyle On Kloof, 50 Kloof Street, Gardens, Cape Town. If you select this option, we will email you when your order is ready for collection. 

For orders less than ZAR 1000.00 you will pay a flat rate of ZAR 80.00 (STANDARD DELIVERY 1-4 working days).

LOCAL DELIVERY (South Africa) is via Dawn Wing/The Courier Guy/Courier IT.
You will receive an email notification when your order has been fulfilled and shipped (along with your tracking number). Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions regarding the delivery of your order.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY (to anywhere in the world)

You will be charged a flat rate of ZAR 1500.00 (sorry, we wish we could do better but the courier prices from SA are crazy!)

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY is via DHL Express and delivery takes 3-10 working days (usually closer to 4 days but we say up to 10 just to be safe). Orders are delivered to your door and someone needs to sign for it so please give us a physical address that is attended during day time hours and be sure to include a reachable contact telephone number.

*PLEASE NOTE* international orders may be liable for a customs and duty charge on entry into your country (rates dependant on your country). This is completely out of our control and is your liability. You will be contacted directly by the courier company should any fees be payable and your order will only be delivered once the fees are paid. You will never be charged for shipping directly from the courier company.

Can I make changes to my order after I have place it?

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day of your payment being confirmed. Delivery times vary based on your location.

For main centres in SA delivery will normally take 1 - 3 business days, for outlying areas in SA delivery will normally take 2 - 5 business days.

For international orders delivery normally takes 3 - 10 business days (usually closer to 4 days but we say up to 10 just to be safe).

*Please note that despite our best efforts, due to the current COVID-19 situation and its impact locally and globally, courier services may experience delays.

Once your order has been processed, packaged and dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email.

Can I select a specific time and day for delivery?

We can't arrange for delivery at an exact time and date, however you will receive tracking updates while your order is with our courier partner, so you'll know when delivery is imminent.
