How do I pay for my order?

During the checkout process you will be prompted to select a method of payment.

You can pay using your credit card (via Payfast), Debit Card (via Paygate), Zapper or Bank Transfer (EFT).

If you select Bank Transfer you will receive our banking details after you complete your purchase.

What are your shipping rates?

Our shipping rates vary based on your location and the quantity of products you purchase. Delivery is free for all orders over R500, for all orders less than R500 you can expect to pay between R49 - R69.

Can I make changes to my order after I have place it?

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 business day of your payment being confirmed. Delivery times vary based on your location, for main centres delivery will take 1 - 3 business days, for outlying areas delivery will take 2 - 5 business days.

Once your order has been picked and packed, you will receive tracking details via email.

Can I select a specific time and day for delivery?

We can't arrange for delivery at an exact time and date, however you will receive tracking updates while your order is with our courier partner, so you'll know when delivery is imminent.

Can I change my delivery address after I have ordered?
