Gold Bottom Africa is a Cape Town based fashion & lifestyle brand, founded by Nikki Hutchings in 2017, following a decade working in the fashion industry.
Initially launched with a range of designer planters, the brand has since grown to include a range of womenswear.
Described as "Power Pieces", Gold Bottom aims to only create things that make a statement. The brand believes there is no space, or money, for uninspired, low quality products.
All Gold Bottom wares are carefully hand-made in South Africa, entirely by women, in a way that is respectful to people and the environment. These qualities are the golden lining that sits at the bottom of everything we do.

Good was started in Cape Town in 2008 by Marian Park-Ross. Founded on the principals of well-designed, simple but on-trend styles, Good has consistently offered women of all ages clothes that are easy-to-wear and flattering. Fabrication is of the highest consideration and inspiration for the range comes directly from the Good customer: a woman who is aware of fashion, but is by no means a fashion-slave or devout fashion-leader. In a word a woman who quite simply wants to look Good.

At Harlow & Summer, the sustainability of our planet is at the forefront of all of our decision making. It sits deeply within the very fibre of our make-up. We are eco warriors focused on living gently but darling, let’s do it fashionably…

Founded on the breath-taking shores of one of the most beautiful cities in the world, I was inspired by Cape Town’s rich natural beauty. I am an explorer at heart, travelling, admiring and appreciating the world through grateful eyes. I decided to create a curated collection of resort wear that evokes whimsical memories of faraway places, wild and free Summer nights and misty beach mornings whilst at the same time always caring for our precious planet.

Harlow & Summer is created locally in Cape Town with an exotic, toes-in-the-sand spirit that carries your magical holiday memories with you into your every day.

Lazuli is a locally produced ladies clothing, art and lifestyle label, specializing in silk, organic cotton and lace.Each product is hand-made ensuring uniqueness and individuality. 

Besides supporting the work of inspiring local individuals; artists, artisans and designers, the Lazuli concept is fresh in its approach to incorporating luxury with everyday in its’ effortless style for complete sophistication and unique attention to detail and quality.

Louenhide is emerging as one of Australia’s favourite accessory brands, helping shape the style of modern day women of all ages.
Best friends, Lou Kendall and Heidi Bailey (Combining their names “Louenhide” was created) are passionate about designing and creating beautiful, functional non-leather handbags.

While reflecting simplicity, Loved by Elli Jewellery focuses on natural and lifestyle inspired designs.

All pieces are hand-manufactured and made out of brass and sterling silver.

MARETH | COLLEEN is a small business based in Woodstock, Cape Town founded by Colleen Lesch and Mareth van der Walt.  

We love effortless clothes that celebrate the female figure - bonus points if it's locally manufactured (yay for smaller carbon footprints and boosting the local economy!) and it's simple and stylish enough to last beyond the current season. Our friends do as well.  

So that's exactly what we make under the MARETH | COLLEEN label - beautifully designed garments that are hand-cut and stitched one at a time by a small (and we do meantiny) group of South African artisans. In fact, when you shrug on your favourite MARETH | COLLEEN dress, bomber jacket, coat or jumpsuit, you can rest assured that we are probably doing the same. After all, if you’re not making the clothes you want to wear, what on earth are you doing? 

We like our stuff to last, and we’re sure you do too.  So, although our designs often ebb along the same waves as emerging global fashion trends, you will always find that it’s been interpreted in a way that will take it beyond the current season so you can enjoy your well-made MARETH | COLLEEN closet staple for many years, decades, perhaps generations (hey, we can dream) to come.  

And that’s the spiel ladies and gents. We make clothes because we love beautiful, well-made things - it’s as simple as that. Merwe Mode was created by Deeva van der Merwe. The brand was officially launched in August 2014 at Boston Society concept store in Long Street Cape Town. Influenced by visual elements, clean lines and subtle details, with a strong androgynous theme in their work.

Our vision is to share our passion and skill of this trade, becoming a local employer producing top quality tailoring for the South African market, with a focus on creating opportunities for the woman and men in Cape Town that makes fashion their trade.
